Suggested Use: Fade Out is an extremely powerful sleep and recovery formula. Assess your tolerance by taking 1/2 scoop 30 minutes before bed. Once your tolerance is assessed mix 1 scoop with 4-6 ounces of water on an empty stomach 30 minutes before bed. Do not exceed 1 scoop in a 24-hour period. Allow for at least 6-8 hours of sleep after use.
