AM/PM Menopause Formula provides day and night relief for menopausal symptoms. AM formula helps relieve hot flashes, lack of energy, irritability, mood swings. PM formula helps relieve night sweats and occasional sleeplessness. AM formula contains herbal ingredients including black cohosh, green tea, and Asian Ginseng while PM formula includes black cohosh, L-theanine, valerian, and hops. Gluten-free and vegetarian. No sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, soy, dairy products, or artificial flavors, or preservatives.
Suggested use: Take 1 AM (tan) tablet in the morning and 1 PM (purple) tablet 30-60 minutes before bed
