Our White Onion from China has a mild to moderate pungent flavor. It is not quite as sweet, and has a slightly more delicate flavor than yellow onion. White Onions are the traditional onion for Mexican cuisine, and are best for salsa, in the sautéed or stir-fried vegetables, white sauces, prepared salads, and on pizza.
