Description
Rosemary leaves are often used in cooking. Possible health benefits include improved concentration, digestion, and brain aging. In folk medicine, it has been used as an antispasmodic, mild analgesic, to cure intercostal neuralgia, headaches, migraine, insomnia emotional upset, and depression. Very high doses may cause vomiting, coma, and pulmonary edema.
