The base is 900 mg of a standardized herbal extract of St. John’s Wort, yielding 0.3% Hypericins, plus 500 mg of Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA), 200 mg each of Taurine, L-Tyrosine, and Holy Basil Leaf Extract, 100 mg each of Lemon Balm Leaf, Valerian Root Extract, and L-Phenylalanine, and 50 mg each of L-Theanine, N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, and Relora. Together, you get a multi-system formula of herbs and amino acids that have been shown to help support a more positive mood.
