NOW Real Food® Zesty Sprout Mix is a unique and flavorful blend of popular sprouting seeds that is combined for their pleasant, zesty taste. This unique combination of seeds is one that is found to be especially delicious and nutritious.
Place two tablespoons of seeds in a sprouting jar with three times as much water as seeds. Soak overnight. Rinse seeds and drain twice daily, store in low humidity without direct sunlight. About the fourth day place rinsed sprout jar in indirect sunlight to develop green chlorophyll leaves. It is recommended to add 1/4 tsp. of NOW Real Food® Citric Acid Powder to each rinse cycle as a preservative against spoilage.
