Goldenseal is often combined with echinacea in over-the-counter herbal cold and flu remedies. Echinacea is a plant that's also native to North America and traditionally used to treat infections, including the common cold.
Suggested use: Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 5 times per day.
