Directions

You will need:

1 lb Chicken Diced

1 1/2 cups wide egg noodles

6 cups water

2 Tbsp neutral oil (sunflower, canola, vegetable, etc.)

Directions:

In a medium (4-6 qt) stock pot, heat oil over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until brown.

Carefully add water and package contents; stir to combine.

Bring to a boil.

Add egg noodles, reduce heat to low, and cook for 10-15 minutes.
