Eyebright Herb Tea Bags by Celebration Herbals

Celebration Herbals Eyebright tea is traditionally used for both internal and external support, primarily for eye, sinus, and respiratory health. Internally, it can be consumed as a tea to ease symptoms of colds, allergies, and congestion, while externally, it can be used as a compress or eyewash for irritated eyes.

For a medicinal tea: use 1 tea bag per cup fo boiling water, cover and steep for 7-12 minutes. For a poultice: make an infusion as above but let steep for 30 minutes. Fold a soft towel lengthwise and soak in cooled tea. Lay down, relax, and place it over your eyes.
