Chaste tree is an extract of the small flowering tree Vitex agnus-castus which has been used in traditional medicine for women's health conditions including menstrual pain, premenstrual tension and infertility.
Suggested use: Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 1 to 3 times per day. Best taken between meals.
