Traditionally used for relaxing, calming and in nervousness. Used to lift the spirit and soothe mild, occasional anxiety. Used for nervous stomach, gas, motion sickness. Used for calming support for the nervous system.
Suggested use: Add 1 squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 5 times per day. Best taken between meals.
