Schisandra has a long history of use in traditional Chinese medicine to treat coughs, liver conditions, stomach disorders, sweating, as an adaptogen, and as a tonic to improve vitality. It is also used in various formulas for fatigue and sleep.
Suggested use: Add 1 squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 5 times per day. Best taken between meals.
