Peppermint is used for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), other digestive problems, the common cold, sinus infections, headaches, and other conditions. Peppermint oil is also used for topical use (applied to the skin) for problems like headache, muscle aches, joint pain, and itching.
Suggested use: Take 1 mL 2-3 times a day in a small amount of water
